If you have not been to Faringdon’s Cackling Bat Comedy Club, you really should and not just because at the drop of a hat she can magic up first rate comedians like Paul Tonkinson who will be headlining The Cackling Bat Comedy Club in the Barn to close the festival on Sunday the 24th with a smile on it’s face. Previous bat studies have shown bats are not huge fans of jazz and saxophones (we learned this from a real study we were part of in 2021 – vitally important to the protection of bats) lets hope they have a good sense of humour!
The Cackling Bat Comedy Club will close the festival from 9pm and is part of your grounds pass for the day so not only a brilliant treat in itself but amazing value for money. Maybe almost as amazing as Samantha Day who will be compere for the evening with Philip Simon opening and Paul Tonkinson headlining. If you see her do let her know.
